Readiness Assessment
(download Readiness Assessment white paper here)
To aid hospitals Inteck has developed a proven, comprehensive Readiness Assessment Program. We will assist facilities by performing a complete analysis of all pertinent nursing/clinical areas. The assessment may include multi-specialty/multi-hospital environments. It requires a great amount of effort and expense to successfully implement the advanced clinical suite of modules. To be successful all of the affected areas of the hospital must use these modules.
The result of Inteck’s analysis is a Readiness Assessment document. This document will serve as the guideline to implement MEDITECH’s Advanced Clinical modules. It will contain a definition of the scope of work, operations, issues, and remediation plans. It will also define the staffing requirements (both number and timing).
Process Analysis and Redesign
(download Process Analysis and Redesign white paper here)
As a part of Inteck’s Readiness Assessment program, Inteck performs a process analysis of a hospital’s operation. Inteck develops a document which it calls Inteck Process Analysis and Redesign Document (IPAR). IPAR provides a general overview of the processes and describes which might be affected by the implementation of a computerized system.
Inteck’s IPAR will be based on fact finding interviews and current documentation. The current documentation is assumed to consist of current system functionality, process, procedures and issues resulting in the current process flow. Using our knowledge of MEDITECH advanced clinical module(s) functionality. Inteck will compare these new capabilities with the information regarding preferred system functionality or processes.
Inteck's professional consulting expertise will help you to fully enhance your IT investments, optimize clinical processes and provide guidance in planning for the future.
